4) Accounts and Security
If an account is created, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under the account. If unauthorized use is suspected, notify Heald promptly.
5) Purchases, Billing, and Renewals
If a purchase or subscription is made through the Services:
Prices and applicable taxes/fees are shown at checkout.
Payment authorization is provided at the time of purchase.
For subscriptions, charges occur based on the plan selected and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date (when auto-renew is offered and enabled at purchase).
6) Refunds, Cancellations, and Guarantees
If a refund policy or money-back guarantee is offered, eligibility and conditions are stated on the checkout page or the specific guarantee page. Those terms control. Refunds or cancellations may be denied if conditions are not met or if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

10) SMS Messaging Policy
This section applies to SMS (text message) communications sent by or on behalf of Heald.
10.1 Types of Messages
If consent is given to receive SMS, messages may include:
program updates and reminders
scheduling and follow-ups
educational messages related to wellness and lifestyle
promotional offers and announcements
10.2 Consent and Opt-In
SMS messages are sent only to individuals who opt in. Opt-in may occur by submitting a phone number and selecting an unchecked consent checkbox on a Heald web form or landing page, where the SMS disclosure is shown at the time of collection.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
10.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user interaction and campaign needs, typically up to 8 messages per month.
10.4 Fees
Message and data rates may apply based on the mobile carrier plan.
10.5 Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP. After STOP is received, a confirmation message may be sent and no further messages will be sent unless opt-in occurs again.
10.6 Help
For help, reply HELP. Support information may also be provided through a reply message.
10.7 Re-Subscribe
After opting out, SMS messages can be resumed by replying START (where supported) or by completing a new opt-in through a Heald form.
10.8 Supported Keywords
Common opt-out keywords may include STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. Help keywords may include HELP and INFO.
