The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

User Account:

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Consent to Telemedicine Services

Telemedicine involves the use of electronic communications to enable healthcare providers at different locations to share individual patient medical information for the purpose of improving patient care.

At your request and with your explicit consent, Completum Health may collect health data from you on behalf of a third-party telemedicine provider, for the limited purposes consented to by you. Any data shared or transferred between the Completum Health platform and a third-party telemedicine provider will be subject to strict network- and software-security protocols designed to ensure the safety of your data.

Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities.

Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Transmitting any harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.

Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

Intellectual Property:

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Sahej and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability:

Completumhealth and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason.

Changes to Terms:

Completumhealth reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be effective upon posting on the App.
