HEALD is a pioneering digital health platform on a mission to empower individuals to reverse* type 2 diabetes through engaging programs and personalized interventions. We're seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Campaign Manager to lead our customer acquisition efforts and drive significant growth for our platform.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) to acquire new customers in the USA & Canada.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously track and analyze campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Customer-Centric Approach: Deeply understand the target audience and their pain points to create compelling campaigns that resonate and drive conversions.
Metric for Success:
Lead Generation: Deloy effective lead magnets and calls to action.
Conversion Rates: Optimize the sales funnel- convert leads into customers.
Traffic: Increase website traffic & engagement through targeted campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of 5 - 15 years in building & executing successful campaigns, across organic & paid channels.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a cross-functional team.
Passionate about health & longevity. Experience in the health industry is a plus.
Customer Empathy: A deep understanding of the target audience and their needs, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate.
Data-driven approach to measure and optimize campaign performance.
