She has rich clinical experience of over 9 years, which includes designing curriculums and journeys to create impactful changes towards the Mental Fitness and Well-being of Individuals from varying age groups along with therapeutic intervention for individuals of all age groups. She has worked towards addressing their social, emotional, and behavioural needs. She is also a certified practitioner of ‘Solution focused Brief therapy’ and is well versed with a range of assessment tools and therapy approaches at the individual and group level. She has designed and facilitated numerous interactive workshops at the school, organizational and at the community level for the holistic development of children and adults in the community. Apart from work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her pet and watching thrillers.
