It’s important to note that once your account is deleted, reactivation will not be possible, and any content or information you have contributed cannot be retrieved.

Should you still wish to proceed with the deletion of your account, kindly initiate the process by sending an email to reverse@iheald.com. In the email, include your account details, specifically either the email address or phone number associated with your Heald registration.

Upon receipt of your email, we will promptly schedule your account for deletion. Please be aware that this process may take up to 7 days to complete. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
