Who Are We Looking For?

HEALD is a pioneering digital health platform on a mission to empower individuals to reverse* type 2 diabetes through engaging programs and personalized interventions. We are looking for a dynamic Video Editor who is skilled in both long-form and short-form content creation. The ideal candidate has a knack for storytelling, an eye for detail, and a passion for innovation in video editing and motion graphics.

Responsibilities:

Long-Form Editing: Edit podcast episodes into professional, polished long-form content.
Short-Form Content Creation: Create two high-quality, engaging reels per day, incorporating the latest roto and VFX styles.
Thumbnails & Graphics: Design catchy and visually appealing thumbnails, including animated or graphical intros.
Intro Graphics & Animations: Develop animations for thumbnails and intros, enhancing the overall video experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver content that aligns with the brand’s tone and goals.
Trend Adaptation: Stay updated with the latest editing styles, tools, and trends to ensure high-quality outputs.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficient in long-form and short-form video editing.
Expertise in video editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and VFX.
Proficiency in graphic tools like Photoshop and Canva is an added advantage.
A creative mindset with a strong understanding of video storytelling and visual dynamics.
Ability to deliver under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
2–4 years of video editing and motion graphics experience.
