Responsibilities:

Empowerment Through Empathy: Connect with HEALD members on a personal level, understanding their unique challenges, dietary preferences, and lifestyle constraints. Build trust and rapport to foster long-term success.
Data-Driven Guidance: Analyze blood test results, CGM data, weight trends, and food logs to provide personalized dietary recommendations. Utilize our internal panel to access comprehensive member information.
AI-Powered Meal Planning: Leverage our cutting-edge AI tools to create customized meal plans that align with member needs and preferences.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with Fitness Experts, Doctors, and Behavioral Experts to provide holistic care and support to HEALD members.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-6 years of Nutritionist experience, preferably in healthcare (CGM-based plans)
US Healthcare Familiarity: A strong understanding of US dietary guidelines and food culture.
Flexibility: Ability to work US hours to align with our member base.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using technology and eager to learn new tools.
Excellent Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Active listening skills.
Empathy Champion: Demonstrate exceptional empathy and interpersonal skills. You genuinely care about helping people achieve their health goals.
