Heald is a cutting-edge digital health platform dedicated to helping individuals reverse type 2 diabetes through engaging programs and tailored interventions. We are looking for a Senior/Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to lead our web and API development efforts, playing a key role in driving the growth of our platform. This position involves developing scalable software solutions, leveraging your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, within a real-time platform for tracking patient behavior and vitals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end software development process, from gathering requirements to product launch.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to design both front-end and back-end architecture.
Partner with UI designers and developers to create the front-end components of the application.
Develop robust back-end systems, including databases and APIs.
Write unit tests to maintain high code quality and detect bugs early.
Conduct static code analysis and code reviews using SonarQube.
Perform thorough application testing, adhering to the Test Pyramid methodology, to ensure performance under various loads.
Continuously enhance the application by adding new features and upgrades.
Contribute to writing comprehensive technical documentation.
Implement the best development practices to ensure security and efficiency in the software.
Stay current with trends and advancements in software engineering.

Skills & Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience building web applications and APIs using .NET.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
Strong object-oriented design and experience with C# using Entity Framework and LINQ.
Expertise in .NET Core, including design patterns, dependency injection, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with document databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB) and cloud storage (Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage).
Experience developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, with a focus on minimal API design and Vertical Slice Architecture.
Knowledge of Git, GitOps, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture and related challenges.
Experience with data streaming platforms such as Kafka, Azure Service Bus, AWS SNS, or Amazon MQ.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
Passion for health and wellness; experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
