HEALD is a pioneering digital health platform on a mission to empower individuals to reverse* type 2 diabetes through engaging programs and personalized interventions. We are seeking a passionate and engaging Community Manager to cultivate a thriving online community where individuals can connect, share their experiences, and support each other on their health journeys.
Responsibilities:
Community Building: Spark conversations, facilitate discussions, and foster a sense of belonging within our online communities on WhatsApp, Facebook, Reddit, and beyond.
New Member Growth: Demonstrate a consistent increase in the number of community members week over week.
Engagement Rates: Foster active participation and interaction within the community, as measured by comments, likes, shares, and other relevant metrics.
Champion Development: Identify and nurture key community members who can act as ambassadors, moderators, and advocates for HEALD's mission, empowering them to lead and inspire others.
Event Coordination: Organize virtual and physical events that bring our community together, foster connections, and provide opportunities for learning and growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
Passionate about health & longevity. Experience in the health industry is a plus.
Proven experience in community management and engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in US hours (early mornings and late evenings).
