Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Transform warm leads into delighted customers by guiding them through our sales process, showcasing the value of HEALD, and addressing any questions or concerns.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with leads, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their constraints, while fostering trust in HEALD's expertise.
Sales Pitch Mastery: Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique benefits of HEALD and inspire confidence in our program's ability to transform lives.
Data-Driven Success: Track and analyze key performance indicators to continuously improve your outreach and conversion strategies.
Extending free resources: Sharing HealD’s ocean of free content with people in the network and beyond thus improving brand equity.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-6 years of BDR experience, preferably in healthcare.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Passion for empowering individuals to achieve their health goals.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven startup environment.
